Arrived with a confusion over booking (my fault) which staff very quickly and efficiently sorted out. I was given a lovely room, clean and well-furnished and received attentive support and service from the staff. Hotel manageress is an absolute diamond and couldn't do enough to help. The breakfast was outstanding and while there I availed myself of the excellent sauna on the 5th floor. Would stay again tomorrow and recommend to anyone. more
