The hotel rooms are very dated but fairly clean. No extras, very basic. We stayed in a room facing the front street which was very noisy. However the staff were very friendly. Not sure I would recommend for longer than one night.

The hotel is being renovated right now. The lobby looks nice, but the rooms on the lower floors are not done yet, so you are stuck with a quite big, old room. Recently i stayed in Amir Kabir hotel in Kashan. The hotel is somewhat old and needs renovation, especially the bathrooms. Though the furniture in the rooms is oldfashioned, the rooms itself are clean and big. It was a nice stay thanks to the "homish"atmosphere. The rooms are considerably less grand than the lobby, and I had to set the mattress away and sleep on the undermatress, but still: then slept great. Service is nice and the wifi is good, in the lobby though. But having a good wifi is something special in Iran. The restaurant served a buffet, because there were two big groups.... More

We stayed here during our trip to Kashan . The hotel has spacious rooms but furniture looks old seems they havent done anything in the hotel since it was built but they told they are going to renovate rooms . there is a free parking in the hotel so if you are travelling with a car you wont have problem... amir kabir is a very friendly run hotel although its not luxery,its still very clean and comfortable when i was there they had started work on refurbishment of the hotel and a lot of changes were underway i found the food in the hotel excellent and would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone going to kashan

I had expected a much worse hotel from reading other reviews and descriptions. The hotel has had a makeover, a bit of paint here and there, and geneally looks pretty good. Kashan City doesnt have luxury hotels, Amir Kabir is one of the old hotels in the city and the biggest one. it is very close to Fin garden, one of the most famous attraction of Kashan. also as i heard they are trying to give better services than the past.
