I don't know why I keep staying in Travelodge's - poor service on arrival - poor customer service throughout - avoid! more

We stayed for Thorpe an Chessington.....It has parking for £3 per 24hrs pay and display or by doing it over the phone for longer periods,It has a lift It is close to the railway station going into Waterloo also.Positives are now over now onto my experience. Stayed her on the 1st and 2nd of September I got both nights for £9 a room. I wasn't expecting much after last months nightmare stay in Uttoxeter travelodge and almost didn't bother going here but am so glad we did. We picked this Travelodge as it's close to Thorpe Park which we were visiting and it was also very cheap. However, the staff barely spoke 2 words to us, even on check-in. The room was so hot we could barely breathe and we had to close the window in the early hours due to teenagers playing in the car park... more

A clean and tidy Travelodge done in a slightly more modern style than usual - or at least trying to be "modern".
