Used this hotel end May 2013 for trip to Hampton Court Palace. Travelling with a 9 year old. Hotel was easy to find and the parking was good though tight spaces, so dont take a large car. I have used this premier inn many times now and have only ever experienced a great reception every time from the arrival, the food in the restaurant/bar to even the, eat what you want, breakfast in the morning. All of the staff recognise me on each visit and are very friendly. The food is good and a decent choice.

Although not in a very pretty location this is a clean modern hotel and the room I had was large and clean. The restaurant was very good - had a really pleasant and reasonably priced meal off their "specials" list. Staff very pleasant and helpful and all for a very good room rate. Recommended.
