My review is no different from the others that you may have read. This wonderful home is first class and affordable. When you confirm your booking with Evi, she will send you detailed information as well as a map to the villa. It is a wonderful hideaway, hidden in a glass factory. When you open the large doors, walk directly... More

Want to avoid the craziness of Venice? We stayed at Villa Lina on the island of Murano for 2 nights, and had 2 rooms for our adult family of 4. This very reasonable B@B is just minutes away from Venice and Burano by vapporetta. It is close to a boat stop, which has direct service to the train station/airport. Murano... More

This boutique B&B is an exquisite example of Italian interior design and traditional Venetian family hospitality, all combined with class, elegance and style. Ms Evi, the landlady belongs to one of the oldest families in the Murano island and her husband has been for decades a top interiors glass designer for the best Murano glass makers. Attention to details in... More

We had a great 2 night stay at Villa Lina in October and only wished we could have stayed longer. Evi is a marvelous host, very kind and helpful and provides a delicious breakfast each morning in the dining room or on the lovely terrace with views of Venice. The rooms are very modern and clean with nice bedding and... More

We stayed in Villa Lina at the end of a 2 week holiday to Italy. Having stayed in Rome and Florence, which are amazing, but, fairly large cities with all the noise and night life that accompanies them. It was a great and relaxing change to arrive on the quiet and peaceful island of Murano. The island itself is in... More

We loved our stay at Villa Lina and enjoyed coming home to the peace and quiet of Murano at night. Evi was extremely kind and helpful, giving us excellent suggestions about where to park, how to get around and where to eat. We enjoyed waking up to wonderful breakfasts on the patio and walking through the streets of Murano. Thank... More

We recently visited Venice and were so glad that we stayed on Murano, away from all the noise and crowds. The island has plenty of good restaurants and shops and Villa Lina is a short walk from the boat station. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were excellent and the owner,Evi, was a very gracious hostess.

We have just returned from a trip to Venice and I would thoroughly recommend that you stay on Murrano at the Villa Lina. It is a tucked way hotel within a glass factory which is unsurprising as the island is known for glass making. Evie is an amazing hostess and couldn't of been kinder during our stay. The hotel is... After a 16 month period I returned to villa Lina, this time with my husband for a 4 night visit. Evi is still the most gracious of hostess and made out time there very enjoyable. The room was spacious, comfortable and so welcoming. The personal attention to details of decoration, comfort and atmosphere are second to none. Breakfast on the... More

There is Venice, and then there is Murano. While most first-time visitors to Venice hit the major sites, San Marco, the Rialto, the Bridge of Sighs, glass, specifially the glass produced in the famed furnaces on the islands of Murano holds an additional role in the identity of Venice. Villa Lina has a bit of the "back lot" feel of... More
