The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fine and the restaurant very good. The chef was especially helpful with regard to my wife's food allergy. Well maintained hotel in good location with great views. Bedroom and shower room clean and comfortable. Relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming. We thought , after reading the hotel blurb ,that we were heading to a very special place of calm and relaxation , but oh no !!
