I don't usually stay in B&Bs because of dire experiences when I did. But, in choosing the Cross I was relying on the excellent reviews already shared here. This was my first visit to Lincolnshire and I came up not expecting to like the area. However I was totally surprised by everything. The B&B was fantastic, clean beautiful rooms. We stayed for one night at this fabulous hotel and enjoyed every minute. Andy and Jane were very welcoming and friendly, our room being the 'brown' room was spacious and spotless. Breakfast fantastic in fact we couldn't have asked for more and intend to return as soon as possible. Thank you both very much.

My husband and I and my brother stayed 2 nights. Could not fault the rooms, price and the excellent breakfast. The couple that run the cross guest house are very friendly and make you feel at home. Would defiantly recommend and would stay again.

one night stay visiting family in mablethorpe,rooms very well layed out all on ground floor ideal for poeple with walking problems, stayed in the red room,warm and welcoming,nice big fluffy towels,flat screen tv with freeview etc,hosts very helpfull ,breakfast excellent nothing too much trouble and as much toast and coffee as you like, we will be returning soon.

I have stopped in 100s of bnb all across the UK and this has been the best one really friendly owners the rooms were Omg the best will 100 percent be stopping here again and will recommend to all our friends. Excellent
