Stayed here the night before a sea kayak trip in Abel Tasman. The rooms are spacious but there are a few rooms next to the laundry room that should be avoided as it's pretty load when someone has a wash on. Luckily we didn't get one of those but we could see some neighbours who seemed pretty unhappy about it. More

This is a great spot overlooking a kiwi plot and the mountains. Although it is on the main drag it is quiet and well equipped for a long stay.
