Located a bit off the main road. Has ample parking space, decent and courteous staff. Breakfast is included in tariff, do not expect a sumptious continental breakfast. I recently stayed for six days at Sankam Residency, Belgaum with my family. We went for the National Roller Skating Championship of my daughter. It is a good place to stay in belgaum. Very comfortable rooms. W were offered a complimentary breakfast. Food quality & ambiance of the restaurant is very good. I give them a four stars.

The hotel is decent option in Belgaum. The staff was nice and courteous. Rooms are decent, nothing fancy but are of good size. The bathroom was neat and bed was clean. The location is close to highway. The food was also quiet good.

This hotel has excellent customer care and facilities. Despite, renovation going on, the staff took particular care in making us comfortable. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is good and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
