On the way down I had had an accident - it was my first attempt at driving in France and will probably be my last! - Sarah, John and all the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful - they REALLY couldn#'t do enough for us. I camped here for 2 nights in July, very nice site, good facilities with nice swimming pool. Bathroom facilities spotless and I met the cleaner working there at 5am one morning! more

There is no doubt that this is indeed one of the best placed sites in the whole of the Loire. The toilet facilities are very good, clean and plentiful. Visited this campsite in late June 2008. It was nice and quiet when we arrived and pitched up next to the River Cher. Bar & restaraunt were simple but perfectly adequate, staff were very friendly and helpful.
