This place deserves all the accolades already bestowed on it from previous reviews. It really does what the TA reviews say, the 2009 TA award sits proudly on display in reception. The customer experience with Defino starts with the ease of booking directly with the hotel, it probably helps as they have in Yvette one of the best hotel receptionists... more
