We loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat. The family atmosphere, quality of the furnishings, friendly staff, location and overall grounds make this an amazing spot for a group. The photos and other reviews are all accurate. The place is a real gem and should not disappoint. You cannot walk to the beach really. However, the island... More

We've just returned from a wonderful long weekend on the beautiful island of Zakynthos. We chose the Paliokaliva village as it had great reviews and looked ideal for a short break, we weren't disappointed. The hotel organised a Taxi to collect us from the airport at our request and we were warmly welcomed by the owner Anastasia on our arrival.... More

Me and my family stayed for 2 weeks in August 2012 and it was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The village is very pretty, the villas are very clean and comfortable. There's a great friendly atmosphere by the pool and the staff are so kind and helpful. They gave us lifts and we're also able to... More

We had the pleasure of staying at Paliokaliva Village in June-July 2012. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with our 3 boys and my in-laws stayed in a one bedroom unit next to ours. It was perfect- very clean, quiet, quaint, family-run and a beautiful setting with olive grove and sea views. It was nice to be outside of... More

We were so pleased to find somewhere that lived up to the pictures and the reviews. A beautiful location, excellent service, amazing staff and great food. As a family with one child age 9 it was perfect for us. If you want nightlife and entertainment then stay somewhere else but if you are looking for sun, food, peace and tranquility... More
