We stayed in the newer part of the complex. The room was spotless and beds made or changed every day; excellent service. Kastalia studios and apartments are on the north-western coast of this large and mountainous Greek island. Try to get a flight to Chania if you can, as Iraklion airport is over 3 hours transfer (plus 'drop-offs' etc.).
