We wanted a last minute trip to Kefalonia so we booked flights and then accommodation. Afrato Village seemed to have good reviews, now we know why.
Gerry picked us up from the airport despite our flight being delayed. The apartments are between Trapezaki and Lourdas.
We had a lovely studio: well maintained. set in gardens from which Gerry's wife Christina picked flowers for the table in the room. Super view from balcony and you can hear the sound of the waves on the beach at Trapezaki but hardly anything else. Linen changed regularly. Clothes airer provided on the balcony. Air-conditioning is included in the price.
The pool is just a few yards back from the apartments and is also clean and well maintained. The shallowest part is 1.2 metres so not child friendly. Unfortunately for us the pool bar was not open during our stay as it was before the main season and there were not many guests staying.
