“Perfect view, best place to be!”

I don't know how to best describe this villa. It is the perfect place for a holiday anytime, since it offers privacy as well as the perfect view of the sea and the golf! It is the best place I've stayed in!

“Wow a perfect villa”

We stayed in villa yiannis for a week in June. It is so perfect I wish we could have stayed all summer! It is perfectly situated in the centre of Paleo, and extremely well appointed, modern, and stylish. It has a beautiful terrace and garden, and is just a few steps away from a lovely quiet cove. “Beautiful Villa in Idyllic Surroundings”

The resort of Paleokastritsa is quite spread out so to find a luxury villa in the centre with fantastic sea views and almost on the beach was a dream come true.
