My partner and I just returned from Seville after Easter. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Hacienda , a charming oasis among olive and orange trees , a very easy 20 minutes drive from Seville. The Hacienda is a pleasant combination of Andalucian luxury hospitality and beautifully designed historic arabic courtyards and pools overlooking the fields .... more

As a celebration having proposed to my future wife and resturning to Spain after a 3 year period in Dubai we chose this Hotel for a one night stay and celebration dinner. Unbelievable restaurant in La Alqueria - chef is a maestro. We had the tasting menu that went on all night but what a memorable event. Room was classic,... more

A beautiful property in the countryside outside of Sevilla. Pros: Our beautiful room (for two people) featured two king size beds with down mattresses. The ceiling of the room was at about 18 feet, and hand painted with a mural of Michael the Archangel. Lights had been added so it glowed softly at night. The ceiling was also domed, so... more

I really don't understand the bad reviews for this place - some people obviously don't know what to expect of a hotel with character (rather than a bland super-luxury tower block) or a restaurant famous for "molecular gastronomy". We stayed here for 3 nights over the late May bank holiday and loved everything about it. I feel really privileged to... more

My partner & I stayed at the hotel for the weekend to attend a wedding and I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the bad reviews on this site but our experience was a lovely & positive one. Yes the hotel and food are expensive but no more than you would expect for a 5 star and michelin... more

Do not stay at this hotel! My husband booked what should have been a magical night away for my birthday - which turned out to be a disaster! We arrived for lunch at the "2 star michelin restaurant" - having read the other reviews - I think that the chef must have been on his day off and the pot... more

This hotel is in the suburbs and outside of the hotel it is OK but not that charming. Once in the grounds the hotel is charming and certainly the outside gardens and pool area are quite Morocan in feel and it is relaxing. But if the sun isn't shining you do not have a lot to do except to listen... more

Beautiful ancient building namely the interior patio, extraordinary gardens and pool, lots of small details that make it a worthwhile place to visit. Junior suite nicely furnished though a bit darkish as windows face the interior patio. 2 star Michelin Restaurant is , of course , one of the highlights , even though personnaly we rated breakfast more than dinner... more

We came for the food and we got it. Amazing! The things you have read about the best breakfast in the world are all true. I defy someone to find better cuisine at the breakfast table. Outside of your room was fine, and if you just want to eat and sleep by the pool then the hotel is what you... more

We've been in the Hacienda Benazuza for 2 nights. The "surprise menus" in the main restaurant where really something special. The food was excellent and inventive. The second night the "surprise menu" was totally different from the previous night but also excellent food and a pleasant experience. Good wine for a reasonable price. Staff was very nice. (Only in the... more
