So i had a chance of staying for 2 days with my family at this place. its about 10 min drive from mail chail town. its a brand new property, less staff but very polite. rooms are nicely done with wooden flooring, LCD, tea coffe maker, nice cozy and light blankets. the bathrooms are big in size and nicely done... 5 km away from chail. Poor quality furniture, sofa. There is no dining and no study table. Poor quailty cable tv only. There is no music/DVD player in the room. They have charged 1000 rupees for toilet blockage without my consent. There is no lift facility.they have not provide you toothpaste, shaving cream ,brush etc.

Chail Crown is newly opened hotel and has spacious rooms overlooking the mountains.The property is well maintained.We stayed there for 2 nights.Staff is very friendly but the service needs a little improvement.Food was good but make sure you order in advance.All our request were fulfilled.Good experience overall.

Friendly staff, perfect location if you appreciate a quiet place to relax apart from noisy India. Terrific view to the surrounding landscape and montains. The perfect peace, quietness and the clean air might be frightening for persons who grew up in an indian town with traffic & constant horning. Nice and spacious room.
