I was at Casa Acequia for a week to write on my book. I had a nice, quiet bedroom, a practial room for my writing and lovely meals overlooking the beautiful valley and the shining vlllage of Sahara in the distance. In the mornings and afternoon I worked, around noon I went for walks in the neigbourhood.

Deep down in the Spanish countryside, with an abundance of sun, exellent food, and relaxing calm, I can recommend this place for a retreat, for a romantic week-end, or for just reading a good book.
