I have stayed at the hotel on numerous occasions as a business traveller. I have to say that the staff have always looked after me and each time I return have always been made to feel welcome. i agree with the current main review...i have satyed at this hotel a few times over the years..just after it was fully renovated about 7 (?) years ago it was very good and worth the 4 stars...since then it has slipped alot..just does not seem to have the mgt control to maintain the standards for the price.. disappointing more
