just spent five nights at the adagio with my mother, sister, brother in law and nephew in a two bedroom self catering room and my brother his wife and 3 kids all stayed in another self catering room! We checked in easy enough but we're told we could not access room til after 2pm it was 11am when we checked in... more

Stayed for 4 nights at the Adagio aparthotel. Found the staff friendly and helpful. Arrived at midday and our apartment was ready. Nice apartment, all you need for a holiday. Good value too. Right bedside the huge shopping centre which has great shops and places to eat. Better value and better food than the restraunts at Disney. Just be aware... more

We stayed in a two bedroom duplex apartment. The hotel was straightforward to find but finding on the road free parking was trickier. The apartment has a very well-equipped large kitchen with a full size dishwasher and fridge freezer. It is located next to a large shopping complex with a huge supermarket, Auchan. There is also a large food court... more

just back after a five night stay in Adagio val d'Europe. On booking this hotel , we received our booking confirmation which stated that cleaning was not included in our room charge. Our apartment was clean on arrival and we just made sure that it was kept tidy. The larger size one bed room apartment is small. Honestly, if I... more

The is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The only good thing I can say is that it sits adjacent to the Val d'Europe mall.....the largest in Europe. But..........the hotel....awful. They do NOT provide maid service, so do not stay there more than 1 night. They also do not provide more than 2 towels for the... more

Hello I stayed for 4 nights in this fabulous ApartHotel, in the perfect location for Disneyland. The facilities are great, the 1 bed apartment I stayed in, was fantastic, the reception area has a few bits and pieces for young children to play which is helpful. But, to my surprise, after coming back from Disneyland I found the room as... more

We arrived late on a wet May evening to the hotel, my husband and I (5 months pregnant, exhausted!) and our grumpy toddler (20 months). We received a warm welcome and were allocated a room. I was shocked when we walked into it though, despite having booked a two bedroom apartment, there was only one bedroom (double bed, no room... more

If your looking to go to Disney as a family we reckon this was a pretty good place to stay. We booked an apartment which said it slept 7, which would be equivilent to a non-European hotel sleeping 4/5. We did have 2 seperate bedrooms which was great. Free bus to Disney out side the front door - was always... more

What kind of parent could drive within 50 miles of Disneyland with a five year old and not pay Mickey Mouse a visit? With Easter approaching it was time to run the trusty Chevvy van back to the UK from our home in the Aveyron on a route that took us within a mouse’s whisker of Paris and Disneyland. Peer... more

The hotel provides good value for money BUT... They should really improve the shuttle bus service! During off-season there are times when the bus doesn't run for several hours. Theres only 2 buses in the morning before disneyland opens and there a lot of people on that bus. When we arrived at noon on a Saturday we dropped our bags... more

Dear Albatros35, Thanks so much for your positive review. I'm pleased to confirm we have taken your points about our shuttle service, and now plan to have timetable information available at our reception in order to combat any future confusion. Your feedback therefore, was much appreciated. We hope to see you at one of our residences again soon.
