We booked two rooms. Both rooms were clean, and were recently renovated with new bathroom and cabinets. This we would rate as excellent. One of the rooms had a air conditioner which leaked water all over the floor. The other room was perfect.
Suggested to the owner that he should include a small refrigerator or mini-bar.
Internet access would also be a plus.
Required going into Zola Pedrosa to have breakfast.
If we didn't have the A/C leak, we would have been rated these accomodations above average.
