“Awful”

Staff were rude. No water in rooms. Had to travel to seek out water. No exchange of currency. Female receptionist and young male very nice - older man - think he is the owner - very grumpy, abrupt, and has no time for guests. Stay somewhere else

Perhaps because it was a very quiet period this effected my opinion. Al Tezzon is a good hotel but missed some crucial points to be a 5 star property.
