We stayed at Montalto for 5 nights in September 2012. It’s a beautiful place on a hill, with views of Toscana and a nice swimming pool. Use your navigationsystem to find it! The service is excellent and the rooms simple, specious and clean. The food and wines are great. With a special request the chef will serve you all kinds... More

We stayed in this agriturismo in July 2011 (3 couples) and really enjoyed it. The building is situated on top of a hill with fantastic views of the surroundings. It is very near to the autostrada (motorway) FIPILI which makes it very convenient to travel around but at the same time it is far enough to be in a very... More

I thank you so much for your kind feeback and I am sorry about the hot considitions you found, as informed there were some of the hottest nights of the year because generally it is always fresh here, being on a top of a hill. We do not have air conditioning and we do not want to put it, being... More

Montalto must be one of the most beautiful places to stay in Tuscany. The food served in the ground floor of the large main house was excellent and the staff is very friendly.

We had three nights at Montalto and we loved it. The views were fantastic as was the general surrounds, the pool, the staff and the food. It was a great base to visit Pisa and Florence from. We ate in the restaurant two nights and really loved it. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Amazingly good value.

On a recent anniversary trip to Tuscany, my wife and I found the perfect farmhouse to use as the base for our daily excursions, Agriturismo Montalto! It's centrally located between Florence and Pisa, just south of Luca. These are all must-visit locations on any Tuscan adventure. We even spent some time exploring the mediaeval village of San Miniato. The hotel... More

A perfect hotel if you are looking for relaxing time in Tuscany between two cultural cities, Pisa and Firenze. Fantastic kitchen with good wines from a winemaker in the house. "Private" swimming pool when looking for a more romantic time with your partner. Close to San Miniato and Vinci. Historical places of where the genius, Leonardo da Vinci was born... More
