The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the room was very clean and tidy, The spa at this hotel is the best we've ever had from any hotels we have stopped at. The evening meal was very top quality, The breakfast service was great too. So good we have booked again for my wife's birthday.

Went with friends for afternoon tea. We sat in the conservatory, which was a pleasant surprise. We had a complimentary glass of proscetto due to booking in May. We have been lucky enough to have a birthday meal at Fairlawns, we had the board room with our own waiting staff and they did a fantastic job with the food and service, nothing was too much trouble and the food was superb. All of party were really impressed and would love to go back soon
