Despite our booking they gave me, with no previous advice (neither when they gave me the key), a room normally reserved for invalid people.
The room and especially the toilet were awful.
When I wrote them to complain the day after my stay they refused any kind of refund and at the end they were impolite and they did not answer at all at my reply.
In general the hotel smells and looks like an hospital, definitely not a good place to stay for very bad quality and high price (80 euro per night!!!). more
