Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Minuses are more than pluses. They pretend to be author (exclusive) hotel, but the service leaves much to be desired. Pluses: 1. Design. And that’s it. But when you choose a hotel to stay, you want to meet service and hostage. The view and interior is one of the last things in the wish list. 2. Breakfast! Take it included into living price (if to pay separately, it’s more expensive). Very good breakfast, i would say, excellent! You can take cooked eggs or porridge. Swedish type, a big variety of food, desserts. Minuses (a lot): 1. Small room for two. Really small. I couldn’t set up my suitcase (not the biggest one). 2. The bathroom and toilet is like a small glass cabin inside the room, uncomfortable. 3. I ordered hamburger and ice-cream in the cafe. The expectation time was one hour. And ice-cream was served first. For me it is strange. 4. At 23.15 (!!!)they knocked us at the door and asked to return champagne bucket. Really?? 5. Very small parking lot. 6. In the bathroom we had water stock((( 7. Sounds isolation between rooms is very low, we hear neighbors very clearly. 8. I saw how an old lady went upstairs for the third floor. For me it is quite strange, there in no lift and in this case they should think about guests accommodation.

I spent only one night unfortunately in Voronezh but I appreciated very much this small hotel very close to the train station. Price is very reasonable, the room is very clean and confortable, wifi is fast and free of charge. I had no breakfast, so cannot tell about it. Hotel staff is friendly and kind. I will certainly go back next time I plan to go to Voronezh.

They called it "author's" hotel due to original interiors and funny "easter eggs" playing with hotel's name. The place definitely has its style (loft-inspired) and worth to stay in: it has good location in the center of the city and the service is good in all aspects - hospitality, breakfast etc. 4 points out of 5 is just for some small details where convenience is sacrificed to design: lights, wall sockets and switches are located for twin bed room configuration and it's located oddly when they stick beds together to do it in single bed style. So, if you're going to get a passionate night in - recall about this. Another point is lavatory - it looks like glass fish pool in number with no sound insulation and if you're travelling not alone - there could be a stress for too shy persons (and hot memories for those who are not). So, I strictly recommend it for overnight stay, but long-term stay could be not so convenient.

The design of some rooms is questionable sometimes. Ventilation is a bit noisy. Breakfast is a bit Soviet style. Well, it turned out to be a budget hotel, not a boutique one. Receptionists work fine, trying to help in any situation.

Nice small hotel conveniently located at the beginning of the main street of Voronezh and within only 5 minutes walk from central railroad station. Hotel is new, looks modern, clean and quite. Hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help. The only downside is the room size. Standard room is small. Really small. Bathroom is just a space in the corner separated from the rest of the room by frosted glass walls. So, it's not a luxury accommodation. But if you are looking for nicely located clean and quite place with the comfortable bed to sleep over night or two, this is the place!
