My room was ok, I took the cheapest one without bathroom. The other are nicer. The owner is a nice man, open to learn some language and have a talk with you. Carlos the tourism agent is very helpful too. The patio in the middle of the hotel is charming. I liked sitting on a bench there.

This place has a great location right on the main square. It was nothing to rave about wiht little character but it had everything you could need..... hot water, comfy bed, tv, clean, and the staff was very helpful in organizing tours. Hotels in Chacha are expensive, but Hostal Amazonas is offering a decent budget alternative in the center for 40 Sol (matrimonial with private bathroom).
