Booked a twin for myself and my disabled father several months ago by phone. After driving 380 miles to the hotel, the receptionist had no record of my booking and no other rooms available. She did try to ring around to find alternative accommodation but it took ages because they didn't have a telephone directory or Yellow Pages. Awesome reception!!!... more
