We stayed 6 nights and from our arrival to departure the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a 2bedroom appartment with a spa in the main bathroom which was a pleasant surprise. The appartment was very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the beach and pool.

Just home from a 7 night stay at the Alexandra on the Pacific with my husband and 10mth old son. We had an amazing time, awesome location between Alex and Mooloolabah Beach, easy stroll to heaps of restaurants and Coles Supermarket.
