“Worth a look”

If value is the aim, then this place is in the game. The rooms where great and at a good rate and I would stay there again. The adjoining bar is called the Blue Bar and is full of "special people", give it a miss and drive some where else for dinner or stroll south to the surf club.

Since the second I arrived the staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. Management greeted us on arrival and showed us to our room while giving us a tour of the resort. “Great place, helpful staff”

After checking in and walking straight out of the fawlty towers clone just up the road, we inquired at the oaks. Staff could not have been more helpful, got a great apartment with great views on very short notice. Pool and amenities are equal to anywhere we have stayed in asia, the pacific or whitsundays. Would definitely stay again.
