We stayed for a week in February on half board. This deal also included a buffet lunch as well as evening meal so it was excellent value if you could eat three meals a day. The hotel is family run and they were present at all times ensuring everything was running smoothly. We had a 'Studio' room that had a seating area and an Austrian stove. It was comfortable and the bathroom was well equiped. Standards of furnishings, decor and cleanliness were faultless throughout the hotel. Food was varied and tasty with a good extensive breakfast. There was a weekly farmers buffet and gala dinner. At evening meals a choice was available for starters, soups and main courses and a salad buffet was always available. We had to select our evening meal at breakfast time. The hotel has extensive spa facilities, much of it new. We only really used the indoor pool which was very small.
