We have visited John and Anna at Kania lodge many times. The lodge is above a beautiful clean lake and very quiet but Gdansk is only a 40 minute drive away. The wonderful food is based on recipes that the hosts have picked up on their travels all over the world but the produce is local. John loves his wine... more
