Madus Restaurant has decent food, although the menue is not overwhelmingly creative. But what they offer, they do well. Also salads can be eaten here, no problems or worries about hygienics here. Arrived in Agonda at Madhus. Stayed 1 nt in beachfront hut but had no more availability. Moved next door to huts I think owned by Shekhar (Madhus) brother. We stayed in April after the main season and found Agonda in general to be pretty tourist free, which was great after the bustle of north India. We got front row huts and they were good - big enough, with a mosquito net, bathroom was OK and clean (a little primitive but what do you expect in a beach hut?).... More
