We stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend and had such a great time. The staff were all very helpful nothing was too much for them They serve late breakfast ( whatever time you get up ) which is great if you have a late night. The hotel is under renovations but there is no noise throughout the hotel... more

Stayed at this hotel last weekend, the service was a disaster, the rooms were filthy (especially the carpet), mouse droppings on the bedcover and in the locker drawer. The heating was on all night in August and there was no way of turning it down (the knobs came off the radiators). There are telephones in the rooms but they are... more

To be honest im so disgusted with it I cant be bothered even going into the details. If your looking for cheap i.e €80 per room, you dont mind dirt and you have no problem being... more

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is currently awaiting a revamp as planning permision is being passed to extend the hotel. Therefore, the decor was a little dated but the hotel itself was very well situated for our travelling and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had four children in... more

Travellers who like a good nights sleep would be well advised to steer clear of this hotel. Music goes on into the early hours, and even into the following morning. We were awoken a number of times during the night by the sound of a guitar playing guest entertaining the staff down in the bar. Despite a request to stop... more

Our experience was mixed. This is a very old hotel, so the decor was understandably dated but "cool." There were some very nice elements such as stained glass, fireplace in the lobby, etc. We had some problems with things in the room that were not fixed despite our requests to the front desk (i.e. radiator, lamp). However, we found the... more
