Like other reviewers I would agree that the accomodation, whilst basic, is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Owners were pleasant and accomodating. Nice quiet pool area close to bar with no battles for sunloungers. I went with my (late teens) daughter, but the apartments are also suitable for couples. Just returned from our first visit to Kefalos and stayed at these studios. Typical greek accommodation, try to get sea view room on top floor if possible as views over bay are amazing.
