Tipping and the WiFi spoiled my holiday. The WiFi is a rip off. It costs 5 CuC per day (1 CuC is approximately 1 US dollar). You can’t subscribe on a daily basis. Dear Mr. First of all, I would like to thank you for your comments regarding your stay at the hotel. I’m really sorry the fact that you were not properly informed, at the moment you bought the WIFI tickets, that internet connection here is slower than in any other country. You should have been told that before using the service....
