The hotel is excellent. BUT! You wouldn'l get any ood service without tips. You need aproxemitely about 10 or 15 CUC every day just for tips. everything was superb, except the hunger for tips .... they are being spoilt which spoils the holiday. Two years ago my brother honeymooned in Holguin and he said it was great.
