I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends on a skiing weekend. The hotel was spotless, everywhere was clean and tidy. The staff are extremely welcomming. We arrived after lunch time but they still offered to make us a lovely lunch.
The spa area is also clean and tidy. We used the pool, sauna and steam room, all of which were lovely.
The only downside to staying here when skiing, is that it is about half hour from the main ski resort, Soll. There was a free bus but that didn't arrive to pick you up until 9:50, so we got taxi's everywhere.
There is a Spa shop two mintes walk away and some small slopes to ski or tabogon down.
The staff really couldn't do more for you, they were so friendly.
