The Saphir Hotel is a lovely Hotel and the Staff are very friendly the people around the town only a few Mins walk away are also very nice. The Hotels food is mainly catered for Russians loads of them about and very rude to staff they bulk their plates up and waste loads of food but the food is bareable.... more
