The staff was rude, all around, especially the assistant manager, Raquel Castro, who was most condescending and disinterested in our concerns. We had a wonderful experience at El Establo on our recent vacation. Our room was very large (had second bed in above loft) and clean, and had great views of the hotel grounds and the mountains from the private balcony. I think this is one of the nicer hotels in the area but its not saying much. The one thing I liked about the hotel is that it is situated high up and the rooms are on different levels of land which make for great views. Beyond that, the rooms need renovating, the pool is not so nice and cold.... more
