A modern (2004) hotel on the outskirts of the spa town of Devin. The route by road from the town centre or bus station is 3 km, and will cost a few leva if you take one of the numerous taxis of Devin. It is possible to walk down to the town in a few minutes, following the stairways that link the levels of the town. Walking up to the hotel again is more strenuous and more difficult to navigate.
The hotel is clean and well-maintained, in the charge of an ever-changing cast of friendly Bulgarian ladies, most of whom speak scarcely a word of English.
The restaurant has an alarmingly long menu of typical Bulgarian dishes, many of them not priced (and therefore, I assume, not available). The menu tabulates every ingredient of every dish, so in theory there should be no surprises. What you get isn't necessarily quite what the menu says, but it is all perfectly edible.
