  "Stayed for 4 nights in April and had a wonderful time! Easy to find from Valencia airport - takes around an hour. The cottage is perfectly equipped for two and the views are absolutely breathtaking! There is a large private balcony with table and chairs and BBQ. Good sized bathroom and compact kitch..."en (has everything you need). There are lots of local places of interest to visit like Xativa, the National park etc (and if short of ideas the owners have a great deal of local knowledge and are able to recommend places of interest/restaurants etc.) Pool area was lovely as well - with plenty of room for sunbathing.   "Lovely studio cottage"
  "Beautiful setting in orange groves with lovely terrace views. The owners (next door) are extremely helpful and welcoming. The "get you in pack" of food and wine was a great gesture. The booklet provided in the cottage, covering the house, the local area and recommendations for activities was excelle..."nt and very detailed. It was in a quiet area (except for a few local dogs barking) and was ideal for a "getaway" and unsuitable for hedonists. The local beach at Playa Tavernes was best at the Southernmost end where the dunes began. Cullera promenade was good for restaurants. Carcaixent was very good for shopping. A trip to Valencia city was a must. The only disappointment was that local villages had lost their rural appeal and were mostly developed. We went in November and were a little unlucky with the weather however we did spend several excellent days bronzing on the beach with picnics; also the water was too cold to appreciate the lovely swimming pool.
