  "I stayed at the Maestro Executive Hotel for two nights. The front desk was helpful and friendly. I don't speak Portuguese and the staff does not speak English, but we found that we did have some German in common which was fun for me to attempt to speak after many years. The good points: The ..."hotel is spotlessly clean - a must for me. Rooms are spartan, but do hae all the necessary accouterments. The bed was comfortable, and the climate control was good. The room had a decent TV and nice, very wide range of channels in all different languages...yay! My room also had a small refrigerator with bottled water and other beverages available. The breakfast in the morning was quite good - a traditional Brazilian spread. The staff wished everyone a 'bom dia' with a big smile which was a nice way to start the day.
