The Golf club staff were again very helpful especially the pro shop staff. Course in great condition. The revamped Spa was great especially the steam room. I would return however would ask for a quiet room away from delivery area. A cash dispenser would be a useful asset to the hotel to save the drive to nearest cash point several miles away. " More >

  "My wife and I badly needed a break. We had booked this hotel previously but had to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control. When we rang to ask whether we could rebook at the same rate (special offer) as before they said that they would do an even better deal, making the break really excell..."ent value. All the staff we came into contact with were genuinely friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and bright and cheerful. The en suite was well stocked and had plenty of room. We eat in both the bar and restaurant and had very good meals in both. When my wife said that she could not eat gluten, the staff checked with the chef what was in each dish and advised us what would be safe for her to eat. The swimming pool, although small, was well maintained and we enjoyed using it. The hotel was linked to a golf course and I should imagine that if we had been golfers we would have enjoyed that as well.All in all a pleasant, friendly, well run hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed ou...
