Had dinner in the Asian restaurant and it was lovely, although service was a bit slow. Only qualm is the pool, we went down at around 9pm to have a swim and sauna and before we even got changed we could hear children screaming and dive bombing the pool, went in and they're was around 5 kids running wild, even in and out of the sauna! One was doing the toilet with the door wide open so we turned tails and left! Real shame. Overall lovely, grand hotel not just for golfers, handy to have a car too as its a bit out of town. " More >

The mini supermarket is well stocked and 2 minutes down the road, we also ate at the hotel and had drinks in the Clover Bar where the weekly Friday quiz was being held (al..."l within 5 minutes walk)The owners are in the UK and were very helpful with the booking, the key holders in Spain, Les & Jen were also very helpful and gave good tips as to where to eat out etc.All in all a fab holiday, and we have already booked for next year.   "Stayed here for 2 nights May 13. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment rather than the hotel because we wanted to because we are planning to buy on the resort and wanted to see how the apartments felt. The apartments are a good 10 minute walk from hotel and bars / restaurants. Pool located just outside ..."of apartment and lovely views. 2 terraces which had morning and evening sun. The resort is lovely. Various bars / restaurants with more located just outside of the resort which again is no more than 15 minute walk. The hotel and facilities are amazing...5 star !!! The resort was however pretty quiet, however this did not bother us. We ate in the Italian where service was fab. A car is essential to get to the beach of mar menor and nearby Cartegena. Golf views are beautiful however I cannot comment on the golf as I dont play but my husband who does says the greens look amazing and plans to play on our next visit.
