We had a difficult time finding a hotel with a shower in this area and up towards St. Malo. (All the hotels we checked out just have bathtubs with a hose) but Le Ermita..."ge does not disappoint and we had a shower and tub, plus a huge bathroom in a duplex room The bedroom upstairs in the duplex area also has a seating area. There were 2 flat screen tv, good wifi connection and very good breakfasts (extra). The service is excellent here. We chose this hotel for a base for 4 nights and made day trips to Mont St. Michel, St. Malo, Dinan, Dinard & Cancale...plus driving along coastal roads to different look-out points. Our bungalow was new and the owner lent us some bike to go to the mont st michel (15 mn) biking along the river. That was really nice and a proper change from the city. We enjoyed it a lot.   "Our room had antique furniture and quaint, tasteful interior decorations. The bathroom had modern fixtures. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The room was on ground level with the front door open to a courtyard and french doors open to a small yard. The room windows did not have screen..."s. Since we stayed during April, there was no need to open the windows and the room had a comfortable temperature. The proprietor was very helpful and spoke fluent English. The breakfast was adequate but I would recommend having breakfast tea rather than the coffee. Even though the B&B was very close to Mont St Michel's parking area, our GPS had difficulty locating it (no street address). Follow the road signs to Beauvoir, it is on the main road between Beauvoir town and towards Mont St. Michel. " More >
