  "The Haile resort is a very upscale hotel/resort on beautiful Lake Awassa. It is the equivalent of any resort anywhere in the world. Like the rest of Ethiopia, the staff is very friendly, warm and attentive to the slightest need. I took the hippo boat tour and was lucky enough to watch a family of 7 ..."or 8 hippos grazing, within several hundred yards of the hotel. You pay for the boat, so if there is one of 6 people, the price is the same. Round up a group and save a little cash. During my stay, the wifi was very sketchy. In and out, strong and weak.
