  "We had a fantastic nights' stay. We arrived by bike and were welcomed by Scott at the door. Having cycled over forty miles to reach the hotel, we had worked up a good appetite. We were served three courses of lovely food. The views are terrific and it is a very restful place to stay.   "Booked this hotel approx 6/7weeks ago for 2 nights at the start of our holiday. We arrived on Sunday and was given room 114. It is lovely big room with a long spacious bathroom. This was at the end of the corrider and up several steps to a landing for only rooms 113 & 114, so very quiet. After a ..."3 hr drive we decided to try out the swimming pool and steam room, which was great. Just us and another couple. You receive towels and locker keys from the receptionist. The staff are very friendly and helpful..... but dont ask for a kopperberg as they dont know what this is...lol. We didnt book breakfast as we dont eat breakfast but we were called approx 2 weeks before our break and was offered the dinner package of 3 courses for £20 each, which we took. The food was delicious. On our second night after being out all day we decided to try the bar menu. The appitisers were identical as the resturant, the desserts were identical also.
