  "I visited this hotel in August 2012 on a grab one deal. It was an excellent place to visit. When I booked my stay it was recieved in a polite way. About 1 week before I travelled I was phoned up by the hotel to see if I wanted to upgrade to a suite for €30 per night which I did & it was just so fant..."astic. I have never been to a suite in any hotel before and this was just excellent. The room had 2 rooms. one with a lovely suite of furniture and all decorated in mahogney presses and the bed room had a massive big bed which you could sleep any way in and a big walk in bathroom with a jacuzzi. Food and breakfast was excellent, nice grounds and discount vouchers for some of the stores in town was also provided. We were also provided with nice chocolates and wine in our room.   "I just had the pleasure of spending 4 days with Marie and family at Sli Dala in Roscrea. My room was very spacious, clean, warm & cozy, the whole facility was very welcoming. The scones and Irish breakfast were excellent! I was in Roscrea seeking my family history, I hoped to get a picture of my Gra..."ndmother's family home, church and family graveyard because I thought there were no family members left in Ireland. Well Marie not only knows all about Roscrea and its history and surrounding area but she also felt she knew my existing relatives. Before you know it I was meeting my new found family WOW who would have imagined. I would definitely stay at Sli Dala again on my next visit to see my new found 2nd cousins - all thanks to Marie. There bedrooms were very stylish but also elegant and comfortable. We ate in th..."e restaurant the first night and in hindsight should of eaten the second night to but we wanted to check out Roscrea town which is a beautifully kept heritage town (which are few and far between these days). The best thing about racket hall for me was the staff, they were so helpfull and obliging and really seemed to care about our needs. Will DEFO go back!! " More >
