  "This hotel is really impressive. The rooms are modern and clean and you can't hear the planes at all so you can get a really good nights sleep. The breakfast was good but the staff were unattentive and bordering on rude which is a shame. We used the imagine spa which was lovely too."

  "Just 10 mins via cab or bus from Terminal 5 this is an excellent place to relax during a long layover. I had a 9 1/2 hour layover and did not find Terminal 5 very friendly (no carts, lounges other than BA, no public wifi) so paid GBP 90 for a day room. Was every bit worth it to relax in a nice qui..."et room with clean sheets. The gym is nice as well. Use the bus from Terminal 5 or call the concierge for a taxi. Do not let the T5 taxi or hotel booking people try and talk you into spending 35 GBP for a taxi. There is also a Sofitel directly connected to T5 which looked nice as well and runs 120 GBP. " More >
