The food in the main restaurant took a bit of time to get used to as it certainly wasn't 5 star, but after a few days even our little one was eating well and we worked out what we liked/didn't like. Non-alcoholic drinks were good branded quality (Pepsi/Fanta/7Up), although the fresh juices weren't fresh. The alcoholic drinks were locally produced so not great quality, but acceptable (you'll get used to the wine!). Deserts were good. TRANSFERS Having landed at Rhodes airport, transfers already booked (we went with Alpha Rooms and it cost us about £28 each return), we were promptly shown onto a b..."us and didn't have to wait very long before we set off. The bus was only 1/4 full and we had two stops before ours. I always find that part interesting - having a nose at other hotels. The journey was long, but I've had longer. All in all I think it was maybe an hour and a half long. No traffic and beautiful scenery. But on the way back, the coach was late prompting my friend to wander off and I had a very aggressive driver yelling at me that if she didn't come back then he would leave us behind. Yes, our fault in part but when you're 20 minutes late, you can't really complain if we decide to pop to the loo while hanging around.
